PMDG (PDMG?!?!?......I forget!) for the 747-400.
I can't recommend this enough - a Very useful add on for ms flight sim which I used to great effect before my sim. (only for those capable of individual thought who haven't turned into sheep following the Apple cult though
)
I did a sim to get into the 2008 hold pool, which was disbanded and another sim earlier this year to get into the RHS of a nice speedbird 767 - and I can't really add anything to that written above about the sim. pretty much 100% matches both my experiences.
