If you check the wording on my comment it is not solely about Orange recruitment - it just provides an example and substance to how and why.
My source couldnt be much more reliable tbh with you - if anyone in Flybe knows about the orange machine, they do.
Also, Easy's experience with the cadets over the past couple of years hasnt been, well, easy by all accounts so they arent sure if the recruitment will be as cadet heavy when it kicks off again.
Anyway - Im digressing the thread slightly; this is not an Orange recruitment thread (as you rightly say Wind Check...)

To sum up:
FO's: From MPL courses only for the foreseeable future (ATPL(F) intake will probably be 1 course per year)
Capts: Internal only. No external plans to recruit DEC's for 18 - 21 months and even then it will be very limited.
