But from where will they get the experienced A320 (or any other jet for that matter) guys? Especially as they're likely to lose a fair few to BA.

I think you may have pronounced the last rites on TRSS a little prematurely.
As for recruitment at our place. In the short term, highly doubtful. Medium term? Maybe more positive. I don't know an F/O (or many junior captains) without an escape plan. And very few E-Jet guys want a Dash command. Not when the jet hours are worth so much right now.
