The latest on DEC from EXT is no.
Flybe prefers to home-grow its Captains where possible and, yes, there is about to be alot of movement within the industry to other airlines.
For example, Easyjet, a source at Flybe said, will be directly targeting Flybe's pilots in about 18 months time (TRSS or not is unknown at the mo). At that point, it is likely there will also be alot of Command Conversions going on.
It is PROBABLE there will be VERY LIMITED scope for DEC's, circa 1 per course, in about 18 - 21 months time.
