I'm in the same boat except I have been waiting since well before May! :P
And no, nobody has any idea. HR are ignoring us all!
We're learning to get used to that one. We should all consider a club with ties, jackets, bad music and low membership fees?

P.S. Serious part of the post: I have given up ringing NATS. I feel they have enough messages from me. At the end of the day, when they are ready to give me a Stage 3 date they'll issue me one. Until that point I am running on a "chilled out" policy. I personally believe that is the best action at the moment.
