My friend the problem is you guys don't listen to people who are INSIDE...its been said over and over...Be careful what your getting into...Good luck with ever you decide to do...its your life...But Please guys don't be shocked to see next yr when CX start hiring DEFO...than your upgrade to JFO will be 6+ yrs
