It's a good point PLINKY DEL MAYO. If CTC's training capacity were full, the ATP program would be useless since it would be impossible to train Cadets and ATP's at the same time.
I think CTC is downsizing the Cadet pool and there could be an opportunity for ATP's in 2012 since some cadets will go to BA and QR and others to EZY but I hope they won't be enough to meet EZY's pilot requirements for 2012 which is expected to be better than 2011 with 200 pilots hired.
Remember EZY has orders for 55 A320 and not all of them will replace the oldest ones.
