There is a simple solution to this: Under HK tax law, an employer of an employee who fails to pay tax is assessed the tax bill instead. Every single based pilot who receives an HK tax demand notice agrees to not pay it. CX then will be forced to pay on their behalf. Simple....and puts the blame squarely where it deserves to be....between CX and the IRD.
