How many years you been skinning yer knuckles on Bell Mediums now....pushing 30 years is it?
I don't reckon I would go as far as you in dealing with a Multi-Tool wielding Knob....but I would hope they would buy one with nice smooth rounded edges. That way it would not hurt as bad when it got shoved up their stern tube!
Just call your mechanic/engineer if something needs fixing....that's their rice bowl! (....and they know what they are doing usually)
