If you check out this
page on the Ferranti thread you'll see that ASW was Denis de Ferranti's ship. Like many private owners he seems to have had the craft registered with a company as opposed to having his name listed. In this regard you'll probably find that BFK was registered to IHL even though in reality it belonged to Vincent O'Brien and was paid for by the Ballydoyle Estate.
I have a number of IHL photos back in Blighty and which I shall dig out on my next visit.
