Not the same Joyce ..... Pat Joyce was a mechanic in Cork , and possibily went up to Shannon on the IHL SAR job after Cork .
Good memory , I remember that accident . Was the pilot Keiran , not Paddy ?
And yes , I remember Fergus O'Connor . Captained the 61N for IHL . Gave me right crap for nearly getting my head removed by a 61 blade .
It was my head !!!
