The Candidates can submit their application for allotment of Roll Number for Pilot Licence Examination - October 2011 Session from 19.10.2011 to 31.10.2011.

The Signed print out of the filled application form, along with required documents should reach the Director of Airworthiness, Central Examination Organisation, O/o Director General of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India, East Block – III, R K Puram, New Delhi – 110 066 by speed / registered post within 10 days of online submission of application.
I'm a bit confused. They have mentioned that candidates can submit their application (PPL/CPL/ATPL) by speed/regd post. Do we have to submit the online application first and then send all the documents by post?
