Just to balance things, as a privateer at Oxford almost 15 years ago, it was a dishonest place as regards management and money. They were thieves. The flight instructors and standards were good and consistent. <groundschool....ahem...arrogant. But they opened my eyes to the double standards that exist in aviation flight training.
