Website Creator - PPL/IR
PPL/IR intend to revamp, top to bottom, our website. We have a Functional Spec, which considerably enhances current functionality.
The new site will be CMS based, as is the current site. The current site is Joomla, so there is a bias towards keeping Joomla in the new site for simplicity of upgrade, but we are not wedded to that approach and can be talked into other CMSs if there are obvious advantages.
