TO ALL A320 TR pilots

initially they will send you a very simple pysco test to solve....
writtens: 60 marks... 10-15 mks A320 rest all basic CPL portion
in a320 they will ask very easy simple systems and limitation Questions...
NO PERFORMANCE related Qs ever
in CPL they can ask anything, frm flight theory to piston engines.... but very very easy... usually everyone clears the written...
they alot an hr to complete this exam, but usually everyone finishes in 15-20mins
INTERVIEW:
they will start with personal Questions and family related
airbus memory items
ecam action, sytems (at least one in detail)
jeppeson charts (in detail)
Sim Check
V1 failure,ecam action, ILS approach, 20Knts Cross winds, visibility zero up till 300 ft on final approach, RAW DATA...
later if time permits stall recovery.
This whole process is not very tough if you have done it.
AFTER you clear the sim check you will receive an offer later asking 4 lacs for training and 20 lacs bond for 5 yrs (even if u leave job at 4yr 11 months and 29 days...u lose 20 lacs !!!!)
