They seem to be marketing the new channel islands services very heavily, including prominence on their website. And yet the Friday Thomas Cook Airlines B757 flights to Dalaman have been cancelled!
The total TCX cancelations could have amounted to a few thousand passengers, more than the Channel islands will do in a whole year. Why didn't marketing help support those flights or prevent them from being cancelled?
