The travelling public will on the most part agree that they want professional pilots up the front and will pay for it.
We as LAME's were only thinking of sending payslips and group certificates to the media at work yesterday.
The company and press are turning this into a greed issue and I for one will not play into their hands.
I want more work, not more money. I want a secure job for the foresee-able future.
Don't make this into a pay dispute. It isn't.
