Many schools - (in the US at least) have their aircraft on a 'managed lease'.
The owner basically has the aircraft managed by the school and receives a fee per each hour flown. The owner remains responsible for maintenance etc.

I need some information about for my diploma thesis.
So do you provide references when you submit your thesis as to where you sourced the answers?
