The theme park might be an attraction, but as yet the funding is not in place. The press presentation last week was purely to attract investment, not to confirm that the project is actually going ahead.
I personally see the proposed opening date as very optimistic, and doubt that Corvera could remain open for the 4/5/6 years before the theme park finally opens. Also by then the high speed rail-line will be open, so many French/Belgians etc may prefer to let the train take the strain!
