XFR8,
Boo hoo hoo
You and the AOA membership seem to have the same idea: don't risk, in exchange for better remuneration and a better lifestyle, the (temporary) loss of small, relatively unimportant things (swaps, requests and access to other pilots' rosters) by mandating that AOA members not work on their G days.
Our conditions have continued to deteriorate despite a pilot shortage. An AOA mandate to not work G days will certainly show the company how much our "goodwill" is worth.
