I think it will be three hours you'll never get back. I applied last year at the same time BA's application opened. I got a swift no thanks from CitiFlyer, but went on to be accepted into BA, who I now fly for.
I subsequently heard they went for Integrated people and a few DECs. It would be a lot easier if they just saved you the hassle and told you to eff off when you got to that question.
