I remain sceptical. Saying you are going to do it is not enough, you've got to do it. For the most part I've rarely had a bad flight with BA, but when things go pear shaped (delays, strikes, teething problems with T5, etc) they let me down badly.
I hope you have a good flight with them, and that nothing goes pear shaped. I don't believe they have that side of the service equation sorted.
