No need for strike, because the airline will be illegal.
However, if the law is not enforced (lately there is a tendency to do this by the government and all the spanish high courts, who can say 2+2 is 5 without blushing) then the strike is inevitable, but they will lose, since the government will dictate 90% minimum services and will prosecute union leaders if they try to do a real strike. And on top of that, all media will attack fiercely the pilots, with the same rage they displayed with the ATC.
They might well put the military in the observer seat to force pilots to fly!!!
