ANA still use 747 for domestic...
HND-Fukuoka and HND-CTS have a morning flight that's a 744, listed on the ANA site as 565 seats.

Flew a couple of years ago to Naha. I didn't notice the seat density being unusually high. But then again I was on the upper deck in Economy
