Well, doing the PPL in Spain w/o any Spanish is going to be difficult. Try to do it in the UK in Spanish.... you get the drift.
There are a few outfits in Spain that do the JAA syllabus in English, but to my knowledge none in Madrid,
AFAIK they are all somewhere in the south.
