Anyway, unless you already have the right to live and work in Australia don't even start. Sorry. That's just the way it is. You will not get immigration sponsorship with a bare CPL. If you're coming for other reasons, then do that and then quietly work on converting your licence while you're here, but don't make this the primary reason for coming all the way to Oz, because things just aren't that good in Australian GA. As for "eventually find work as an instructor", yes of course, but "eventually" is a verrry open-ended word. You will starve to death long before you earn enough money to survive on a new instructor rating.
