@ SMOC.. Exactly.

There is NO Valid reason why someone who will definitely
be flying (J1).. is not sent to the gate.
A new boarding pass can always be issued
@ the gate later.

Anything less is simply 'cannot' mentality.
As opposed the 'can do' attitude which built
this airline.

It's all a very sad state of affairs.
