Seeing as this isnt a cheat question, I'll let you know what I know:I havent been succesful yet, but one of my friends who just recently passed came out saying how difficult they found it and they were really dissapointed with their performance. I dont know about the needles, but all he/she said was that they were not good at it and were all over the place and definately not holding their breath for a 'PASS'. Needless to say they just found out they passed.Take it how you want...Im yet to take COMPASS, but have found ample material on the web to answer my questions and best prepare.
