Bruce Byron was told by his Minister to PYFO wrt legislation rewrite about 2005, but still couldn't get it done, neither it seems can JMc.
The problem is that the rewrite is too detailed and complex, so even when (if) the rewrite gets completed, it will be impossible to keep up to date with amendments. The only way to proceed is to KISS.
AA (Minister for so many things he can't keep up) can't even get around to responding to the Senate Report, so what hope.
