Unfortunately AK is no different than other companies worldwide, they expect 110% from their staff.
Worldwide pilots conditions have decreased, it doesn't matter which part of the world you look at, it's more or less the same.
Even legacy carriers in the States aren't paying the huge salaries they use to....
