Is not the thread "Qantas Management is Damaging the Brand"? If you can't refer to the management, who get paid big bucks and defend their attack on the brand in the media, who can you refer to?
I would be happy to speak to the media about the damage that is being done, but they won't listen to me. I am then left with forums like PPRuNe to voice my opinion.
