Anyway back to the topic. The question was asked about the Air Asia Road Show. One would not bother having one if they were not going to offer anything. Obviously no comparison to the EK roadshow, but still worth a look for to see what you could go to contract with, all be it for a short term way of getting 500 on type to sell to a more retention friendly operation. T's and C's equal long term employees. Maybe the guy doesn't want people to stay. Maybe he wants things his way for his price and encourages turnover of people that start having opinions once the shine of the job wears off. There are plenty of companies like this. After all folks, the great pilot shortage is still all talk. So if it suits your domocile, your family, or your career path to get time if your cashed up, then go for it. For everyone else, we'll just stay doing what we do in the domocile of choice till the T's and C's start becoming attractive, if ever.
