That is hilarious if it is true. Perhaps Clinton and flyingfiend could provide an update as to whether this is true that one of there mates has a been a naughty boy?
Has he been malfeasant perhaps? Simply incompetent? Upset one of the HR gimps and hurt some poor possums ego? Has his audit reports not contained enough bureaucratic lingo to give 'legal' a chubby? Perhaps the FOI has been trying to gain his endorsement since 1988, after all nothing is done quickly at Fort Fumble?
Or is this another example of the Regulator not being able to do anything correctly, including managing their own staff?
