COMPASS Assessment Hand/eye/foot Coordination

Hi

Realise discussions on the content of the COMPASS aptitude tests have been 'done to death' somewhat, but one area I haven't seen a huge amount of discussion on is the control/coordination part involving the joystick and rudder pedals.

My question is this: when I've tried similar exercises, I do my best to keep the needle etc. in the centre and what tends to happen is it stays near the centre most of the time but fluctuates around this point and often deviates away from the exact centre, on occasions even going to the extreme point if I overcompensate with corrections.

I'd like to know if this is 'average' - in particular from people who have experienced this and passed the test - or whether you literally have to keep the instruments at the centre point 90% of the time to succeed.

Just not sure if my skills are appalling!

Thanks
