From what i know compass test do grade you which vocation you are. ITs what you apply and the interview that grade you.
If you cannot make it for the pilot you can ask for reschedule for WSO fighter interview. The impt thing is to ask if not RSAF will not be bother to do anything for you. Airforce Recruitment Center mostly is handle by Pilot drop out and those waiting to go for air grading, so they are kind of hack care.
