The information I supplied was ( is ) correct. They rely on an automated system ( that's created the problem ..) to check itself ??
I have found a way to message direct ( or as direct as is possible...) and have sent a concise summary of the problem , supposedly to a " human "..............
I have zero compunction about bitching over their service, or rather, the lack thereof.
