Hi taeyang!
thanks for sharing with us your journey to RSAF! It is very inspiring. I hope you can advise me applying for the RSAF.
I applied to join the RSAF back when i was a recruit in 2008, but i failed to make the cut for it. Right now, as i am in the midst of my university education, i realized that the only thing that i want to do in future is to fly. So i tried to call RSAF to see if i could apply again and this was when i found out that my COMPASS test results in 2008 qualified me for the WSO fighter only. However, as my COMPASS test results are 3 years old, they have expired and i can take another test.
I would like to know if one fails to make the cut for RSAF as a pilot in the COMPASS test, does he automatically qualify for WSO Fighter? and, is the RSAF COMPASS test more stringent? if i make the cut for WSO in my compass test, is it safe to say that i should be able to pass the compass test in SIA?
Thank you.
