Just wondering what benefits mixed fleet staff get in terms of flying?
I've heard a bit about getting a 90% discount on flights, but also that you need to be on standby to actually get the flights in the first place.
In the job description it says 'unlimited discounts for family and friends', would these flights be on standby, do these 'friends' need to be on a predefined list?
Perhaps there are two levels of discounts?
Are there any limitations of the class you can fly in with a staff discount?
Also, are there any benefits such as lounge access, extra baggage, seat selection at time of booking? So for example, do you get a sort of 'status' similar to silver/gold tiers?
