Dunno about astraeus but they may have a level 2 variation for the route. Several uk charters do so you can do 14.15 duty to do Uk - BJL - UK.
Limitations on pre and post rest, max number of level 2 duties, and discretion is reduced to 2 hrs (1hr ex UK).
Not pleasent though !!
