if don't get the job ask yourself whether the problem is you rather than blaming it on cultural aspects.
i am not a native english speaker but i think my concept was clealry understandable...
i have said that it's obvious for an airline in Uk to hire mainly people from Uk,nor ratial neither cultural issues involved my dear.

my application has been rejected at the first stage so there's really nothing to blame myself about and i feel more relaxed now because i thought that english level was a quite strict requirement for BA...i mean my english level is not perfect and it could have been an issue for BA but holy smoke yours sucks as mine
