It is sad to learn that Air Asia is one company not only pays their pilots poorly also does not recognize seniority in the company. They allow their cronies & outsiders bypassing the seniors that have served their dues to promotion or upgrading to X. Yet, when people leave the co., TF calls them ungrateful. Mgmt is paid handsomely, driving posh cars tho doing very little. Ask anyone if they've ever done 6 sectors or the very late China flt that touch down back to base at 4am? While the ones that actually work like a dog are paid so little. Where's the justification? Even captains are unable to get free upgrade to premium seats on X. Don't be surprise that Air Asia X probably is the worse paid wide body in the industry. Still think this co worth your time? Unless you are very desperate otherwise, look elsewhere.
