I don't know how the crosswind is calculated but I think I can help you with the other part of the question. You have RWY 03, and the wind is blowing 350 at 25KT. So that means that your RWY is 030 magnetic course (probably), and the wind is blowing FROM 350 at 25 KT, so you will encounter this wind at approximatly your 11 to 12 o' clock position. You are flying 030 and the wind comes from your left, almost on your nose.
