If you can get involved with the embassy social scene and you can have abit of proper stuff every now and again.
Life here can suck, but you don't come here for the ambience.
Just be prepared for everything to be a hassle, but to keep an eye on the big picture. That is your bank account! Short term pain for long term gain!!
