Lets just remember that if all other UK airlines stay the same size - Ryan and Easy should put an additional 160 airliners in service in the next 6 years. 160 times 12 pilots each is a fair few pilots. Combine with retirements and medical failures and you have a workable employment market. Well, that is before JAA opened up a cast reservoir of potential recuits. Ahh for a crystal ball...
