Xanderfly - Perhaps you are, but I don't think the Master qualification would hold any more weight than having only a Bachelor degree. For your information, 7.5/10.0 (i.e. 75%) would be a 1st class honours here in the UK.
That would hold true if everything was scored in the same way, but it's not. In US universities, for example, 75% is a low C/C-. 92%+ is an A grade. Low 60s, which is a UK 2:2 standard, is an F.
