I finished a master and bachelor course with an average grade of 7,5 (out of 10, it will be a B minus?), so not an extraordinary high grade. My CV is reasonable and I'm currently holding an (maybe for BA/FTE) attractive job, with a lot of responsibilities. I have some little flying experience.
I was invited for stage one, and I did the assessment saturday. In my opinion BA/FTE didn't focussed to much on my grades (math, physics and english aren't sky high) regarding my application, but thought I may have an interesting profile.
