Under what regulations are you flying, FAA?
At least in Euroland it's mandatory to write also off and on block times so for me that would be something that I'd write there.
Otherwise, it's missing various sections for things like:
MPA (Multi-Pilot Aircraft)
Co-Pilot
Simulator (Make, Model, Reg, + Hrs)
XC is a good choice like you mentioned. Usually not needed after you start flying commercially though.
I'm probably forgetting quite a few, but that's what I'd have.
