Sounds like its all home-grown until you see that this chap is behind it ( Jonathan Candelon - United Kingdom | LinkedIn ) and that he's actually commissioned a proper brand ( Disenio ) and website ( Portfolio - ITw3 Web Solutions ).

Except for that it still looks pretty amateur. This seems related ( http://www.cityairways.co.uk/ ). Sorry for all the links. I live in hope
