Accepting other points of view as they are, even if you do not agree with them is also a important aspect of a cockpit career or ANY career really

Well if not and he keeps being like that and somehow manages to persuade an assesment comitee to take him, some Captain that he flys with might open the cockpitwindow ......... and close it again
