I choose to participate here, in the hope that some of what I present can help and inspire newer pilots, and make them feel included in our hobby/industry. The very last thing I want to do is leave another person, particularly a "new" person, feeling that I think they are not worthy of participating.
Those of us who might be more experienced, have a duty to extend the most benefit of the doubt to other posters and pilots, certainly not the least!
